1. Welcome & acceptance

These Terms of Service govern your access to NANDINI ENTERPRISE and every purchase of sowing seeds, garden and vegetable sowing seed packets offered through this storefront. By browsing, registering or completing checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this agreement in full.

2. Merchant identity

This platform is operated by TOUSHIF TAILOR (GSTIN: 27BILPT4786Q1ZX), with fulfilment managed from Shop No.68 Ground Floor Om Heera Panna Mall Opp Cafe Safar, Near Oshiwara Police Station Andheri West, Mumbai, Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra, 400053. NANDINI ENTERPRISE is the consumer-facing trade name for all seed listings, promotions and customer communications.

3. Product nature & catalogue

Our catalogue lists HSN 1209 sowing seeds including tomato, leafy greens, roots, brassicas, herbs and kitchen-garden packets. Photographs represent typical specimens; natural variation in packet label art and lot codes is normal and does not constitute a product defect.

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) and reflect the variant size shown on each product page.
Seasonal availability may cause certain seed lots to be temporarily unavailable without prior notice.
Care instructions included with your order are advisory; germination depends on sowing depth, media, moisture and climate.

4. Account eligibility

Checkout requires a verified email address. You must be at least eighteen years of age, or have a parent or guardian complete the purchase on your behalf. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

5. Orders, payment & fulfilment

An order is confirmed only after successful payment authorisation (prepaid) or COD confirmation on screen.
Accepted payment methods include UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking and Cash on Delivery where serviceable.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders affected by stock shortages, courier restrictions or suspected fraud.

6. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
