Order Cancellation

Effective date: 16 July 2026

1. Before dispatch

You may cancel an order at no charge before it enters the packing stage. Submit a cancellation request through Track & Support or email support@nandinienterprise.in with your order number. Prepaid amounts are refunded within five to seven business days.

2. After dispatch

Once seed lots leave our fulfilment centre, cancellation is no longer possible. Post-dispatch concerns are handled under our Returns & Replacements policy.

3. Merchant-initiated cancellation

We may cancel orders affected by supply shortages, extreme weather affecting courier serviceability, or courier embargoes. Affected customers receive a full refund or the option to select an alternative product.
